How and why Stephortless began

I started out as a developer, then grew into design as well. For years I worked inside agencies and watched the same pattern repeat itself, great ideas getting lost in translation, client needs misunderstood, decisions made too far from the people who actually had the problem.

I knew I could do better if I worked directly with clients myself. So in 2024 I founded Stephortless. No middlemen, no miscommunication. Just me, fully invested in understanding what each client actually needs and building it right the first time.
