How quickly do you turn around update requests?
Most updates are completed within one to two business days. Urgent fixes are handled same day. You always know the expected turnaround before we start.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. Our maintenance plans run month to month. You can pause or cancel at any time without penalties or lock-ins.
What if I need something outside the regular scope?
Larger requests outside the monthly scope are discussed openly and quoted separately before any work begins. Nothing extra is done without your approval.
Can you take over maintenance of a site you did not build?
