Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. For larger projects we split payments into milestones, typically a deposit to begin, a payment at design approval, and a final payment before launch. The exact structure is agreed before we start.
What happens if the scope changes during the project?
Small adjustments are handled within the project. Larger scope changes are discussed openly, quoted separately, and only added with your approval. Nothing extra is done without you agreeing to it first.
Are there any costs after the project is delivered?
No ongoing fees unless you choose our WebOps & Maintenance plan. Everything we build is transferred to you completely at launch. Webflow hosting is a separate cost paid directly to Webflow.
How do I know what my project will cost?
Every project is scoped individually on a free call. We ask the right questions, understand what you need, and give you a fixed price before anything begins.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds once work has begun, but we do not move forward without your approval at every milestone. If something is not right, we fix it before moving to the next stage.
